About Chase Fisher
Chase is an experienced end-to-end Project Manager on some of the most complicated multifamily development projects in the industry. His development experience has included ground up, heavy rehab, adaptive re-use, and light value-add projects. He has experience with market rate, LIHTC, NMTC, HTCs, and other obscure sources of funding.

Chase grew up around construction and real estate. After dabbling in small scall development projects, Chase wanted to work with a large scale developer to really learn the intricacies and process of multifmaily development in a formal manner.
In 2017, Chase joined a large developer out of New Orleans called Gulf Coast Housing Partnership. The work was demanding, but the experience gained was invaluable. End to end project management required deep knowledge in all aspects of development. Some days Chase was working on a $25mm proforma for a new project and the next he was counting workers on a job site where the contractor was not performing. Being a PM required servins as a constant intermediary between architects and contractors to keep everyone happy and moving forward.
In four years he experienced some of the most challenging multifamily situations: occupied rehab of an occupied 10 story historic property, a contractor on a new construction job defaulting after the second draw leading to the bonding company selecting a new contractor, and all sorts of mishaps with renovations and new construction that had to be solved.
Since 2021, Chase has been doing third party project management for small developers – market rate projects, community development finance projects (New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, etc). He structures deals, puts together complex proformas, pursues funding for deals, leads the critical path schedule to closing, then manages the project during construction.
